Mr. Jong is a chef-led collective in Los Angeles focused on building community through shared meals and meaningful moments. For their first JDM: Jong Dinner & Movies series, they screened Happy Together by Wong Kar Wai—an iconic film exploring love, longing, and disconnection. The evening paired cinematic emotion with a dinner menu inspired by the film’s themes and cultural backdrop. We captured the intimacy of the night, the laughter between bites, and the magic that happens when storytelling is served on every plate.
